Minister praises Arab Parliment’s Interest in Education

Minister of Education of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi, received Arab Parliament President and Representatives Council member, MP Adel Al-Assoomi who received updates on the status of maintenance works at his constituency’s schools.

The Minister also briefed MP Adel Al-Assoomi on the “Document on the Development of Education in the Arab World” which was presented by the Arab Parliament during the Meeting of Arab Education ministers.

The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organisation (ALECSO) is conducting a
comprehensive review of the document, in collaboration with the Arab education ministers.

The Arab Parliament received praise and commendation from the Minister who appreciated their efforts in the preparation of the document which highlight the values and significance of educational affairs, including the principles and fundamentals of Arab countries in their pursuit of excellence in the education sector.
